SARA NEVIUS

Sara Nevius (b. 2000, Tucson, Arizona) received her BFA in drawing from Union University in Jackson, TN in 2022 where she was awarded the Academic Excellence Award for Studio Art. In 2025 she earned her MFA from the New York Academy of Art where she was honored with the Academy Service Scholar Award during her second year. Between her two degrees, she attended a six month long artist in residence program at the Horlock House Art Gallery & Museum in Navasota, TX. She has exhibited work in group shows in New York, Texas, and Tennessee.
